Why information is collected
We collect and use data to improve our services. We distinguish two types of data we collect:
1. Website users
If you become a partner at CEAD b.v. we need your data for the execution of the agreement. This includes quotation and invoice data, and information about your business processes to be able to carry out the project successfully.
How information is collected and third parties
The data we receive is not shared with third parties, with the exception of web applications used on a daily basis to carry out our work. Data will only be used for the purpose of the application concerned. Data will not be further disseminated. The following applications/parties apply:
A. Google Workspace
CEAD B.V. uses Google Workspace for email processing and document storage. It is possible that data from e-mails and documents is shared and stored on Google’s secure servers.
B. Hosting platform
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, tablet or telephone to increase the ease of use of our website. Certain settings and preferences are stored here so that when you visit the website again, it loads faster.
Website data for marketing and optimization purposes is obtained and stored using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Information that is used is always anonymous and cannot be traced back to the user of the website in any way.
Who information is shared with and storage
We do not share or sell any kind of data we receive from our website users and partners. All data is classified and used in company only.
Data is not kept longer than is necessary for the purpose. This depends on the duration of the assignment. Due to the fiscal retention period, some data will be stored by us for up to 7 years.

This privacy statement is tailored to the use of and the possibilities on this site. Any adjustments and / or changes to this site may lead to changes in this privacy statement. We therefore recommend that you regularly consult this privacy statement.
C. Complaint Dutch Data Protection Authority
Do you have another question, doubts or a complaint? We ask you to inform us of this so that we can adjust our processes if necessary. We are also obliged to point out that you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
